Amazing place, very accessible and very convenient with taxis parked outside the hotel all the time, great views of the Eiffel tower, friendly staff…. We enjoyed our stay. We can’t wait for the next time to visit Paris and enjoy the breakfast views.

I paid for my superior room with the Eiffel Tower view months in advance. When I checked-in, I was told we were on the first floor. I informed the front desk our room was supposed to be on the upper floors. I was told the hotel was sold out ( not my problem) and that the view was so much better on the lower levels! Really…. The room overlooked the front of the hotel where the taxis parked and people tend to congregate. It was super noisy and the view while great wasn’t the best. I pushed back. Was told the hotel had no rooms available. Told them I paid for something I wasn’t given and suddenly we moved up one floor to floor 2. Still not what we paid for. I am very disappointed in the hotel. Honestly goes a long way with customers. I would recommend not paying in advance.

We had a wonderful stay here for our 30th Wedding anniversary. We upgraded to a room with a balcony and the views of the Eiffel Tower were absolutely spectacular! The hotel is a bit boring looking, but the rooms are freshly renovated ….. and that view! We were also gifted chocolates and champagne to celebrate! Thank you!

The view was lovely but you need to look at the right most side to see the Eiffel. The room was small. Bathroom was small as well with half a glass for an enclosure so when you shower the bathroom gets all wet. Pillows are lumpy. I expected more from a Pullman hotel. Bed was kinda hard. Service was either a hit or miss. Waited an hour for our luggage to be brought to our room but no one came. My husband had to go down and find our bags himself. Every service request is 5 euro. This hotel isn’t at par with other Pullman hotels. Keep your money and go somewhere else. Location is top notch though maybe that’s why they don’t even try to be better.

I booked this hotel for the view, which was outstanding. The room itself however wasn’t great, nor was the experience. There were stains or gum smushed into the room carpets, and the bathroom design was very strange. I’m only 5’3” and I couldn’t get toilet paper without banging my arm on the wall. For the price point, I don’t feel like these are issues one should have. The front desk check in was inefficient with not enough employees working. Honestly the worse part, which upsets me quite a bit, is that the cleaning ladies started knocking on our door an hour and a half before checkout trying to come in and clean!!! It felt really inappropriate and we were still sleeping so they woke us up. I was expecting quite a bit more from this hotel and I would not return.
